• • INVOICE EMAIL
    Invoice Emails now include the invoice ID in the subject of the sent email.

• • LEADS
    You can now assign a user other than yourself to a Lead during creation of the lead.

• • CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT
    Customer Equipment Sold By dropdown now shows relevant users listed at the top of the list. Relevant users such as the assigned sales representative; the install tech; the logged in user; and the alternative sales representative .

• • CUSTOMER PAYMENT REPORTS
    We have added a new column to our Customer Payment Report type. This column is titled Payment Response Notes and provides the reasons (responses), provided by the payment processor, for why a payment succeeded or failed.

• • MESSAGING
    When sending messages to customers, you can now manually enter in additional recipient emails or phone numbers. Please note that these additional emails or phone numbers will not be saved in SecurityTrax.

• • CONTENT MANAGEMENT PAGINATION
    Pagination on many of our content management lists was not working properly. That issue has been fixed for all lists.

• • OPEN ITEM STATEMENTS
    Notes to customer on statements will now correctly display in the documents sent to customers.

• • PAYMENT PROCESSING – ACH
    Customer ACH processed payments will now only show the Void button only on the day they are processed as that is the only day these type of payments can be voided.

• • PAYABLES
    Various customer payable UI bugs have now been fixed.

• • SCHEDULING
    When scheduling, the option for Technicians in Location has been removed as an option in the Show List dropdown as this option is antiquated and no longer functional.

• • MESSAGING
    We have fixed the issue that caused problems when trying to send a message using a task or note placeholder.
