    Enhancements
      • CUSTOMER AND LEAD REQUIRED FIELDS
        Street address is no longer a required field on customer and lead records. Note that City and State will remain as required data points for both customer and lead records.
      • PERMISSION POLICIES
        There are new policies that can be applied on Customer and Lead permissions. Policies include the ability to restrict permissions based on a number of days, weeks, or months since the record was created.
      • REPORTS
        In an effort to improve the speed and performance of reports, especially large reports, we have moved the Export option to be accessible sooner. Now, exporting the report can be done prior to running the report and waiting for it to display results before you can export.
      • USER NOTES ON PREVIEW
        When you hover over a user name, the User Preview pop up now includes user notes.
      • ADT DEALER HUB
        The ADT integration has been updated to include the ADT Dealer Hub information when applicable.
      • UCC
        Our UCC integration now allows accounts to be put on test for up to 72 hours.
    Fixed
      • MONITORING COMPANY SETTINGS
        To avoid issues, Monitoring Company settings will no longer allow the changing of the monitoring company once the integration has been set. To make a change, you will need to create a new integration and disable or delete the old one.

        • TECH TOOLBOX
          After checking in to an appointment, technicians will see a Tech Toolbox button on the secondary menu. This provides the technician quick links to create a task, add files, and even link or manage the monitoring company and/or the interactive service provider. Learn more…
      Enhancements
        • CALENDAR PERMISSIONS
          There are a couple changes to Calendar permissions as listed below.
        • Dry Run Reasons is a new permission subgroup under Calendar Events. These permissions will provide users access to view, edit, modify, and/or delete the Unable to Complete Reasons for an appointment.
          Also, previously a grant on calendar events, On Site Information is now its own permission group. Permission groups that had the Modify On-Site Information grant on Calendar Events will automatically be given view, edit, modify, and delete permissions on this new permission subgroup under Calendar Events.
        • SITE MAPS
          The site map is ineffective when the address is not geocoded. For this reason we have removed the map on all Lead dashboards. We also will remove this on the Customer dashboards when the address is not geocoded.
        • EMPLOYEE ID
          User records now have a new data point for Employee ID. Available on the admin view of a user record in the Human Resources tab.
        • WORK ORDER
          We have made the details box on Work Orders bigger to allow for more visibility on details entered there.
      Fixed
        • CUSTOMER ACCOUNTING
          The option to Download & Send any of the Customer Accounting documents is now working properly.
        • INVOICES
          A bug has been fixed that was concatenating the quantity instead of adding them onto one line item on the Invoice.

          • BULK EDIT REPORTS
            Bulk Edit is now available on reports. You can bulk edit applicable data points right on a report. Learn more…
          • COMPANY ACCOUNTING
            The Company Accounting feature now includes company Credit Memos and Refund Receipts where you can find complete lists of each. Learn more…
        Enhancements
          • REPORT PERMISSIONS
            We have new and updated permissions for reports. Each report category (object report) will now have their own set of permissions. The category report permissions are parent permissions and at least the Run grant is needed for the child permissions to work. We have moved the Run Reports resource type to a run grant on each object report resource type. Any permission group that previous had the Run Reports/Run grant will auto be applied with the new Run grant on each report object. Learn more…
          • CUSTOMER FILTERS
            The customer list has a couple more features now. You can now filter by Source and Source Campaign.
          • NOTES AND DETAIL BOXES
            The Message Campaign input box is now bigger to better see most, if not all of your message campaign. Also, all wysiwig note boxes can be dragged out in either way to be bigger.
          • REP NUMBERS
            User can now manage their Rep Numbers in the Role Settings tab of their account record.
          • INVOICES
            Invoices now allow quantities to be decimal numbers on line items that are not equipment. This can be helpful for situations where a whole number does not apply, such as adding hours worked, etc.
          Fixed
            • TERMS & CONDITIONS
              We have fixed a bug that was causing users to sometimes need to accept the Terms & Conditions multiple times.
            • CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT
              We have made updates and fixes to speed up bulk editing customer equipment.
            • PDF FOOTER
              Our accounting pdf footers no longer bleed into the margins and off the page.
