    Enhancements
      • ALARM.COM
        We have a couple of updates to the Alarm.com integration. First, you can now see the full IMEI number on the customer manage window in the equipment tab. And secondly, the new Nest Integration add-on is available for Security Automation & Awareness packages.
      • CUSTOMER PAYMENTS REPORT
        The Customer Payments report now has a column and filter added for Payment Date.
      • APPOINTMENT TYPE DEFAULT
        When creating an appointment, the default type will be selected from the Work Order type. Note: this will only pre-populate an appointment type if there is a match to the work order type.
      • PAYABLES
        You can now include a technician’s travel time (in seconds) when calculating Payables with this new function.
      • TRANSFER FILTERS
        Equipment transfers now has filters for easier searching of items.
      • TECH TODAY
        You can now click anywhere on an appointment row while on Tech Today to go into Tech at Work.
    Fixed
      • TAX OVERRIDE
        The tax override feature is now working correctly on recurring invoices. Tax rate can only be changed when the tax override slider is on.
      • REPORT FILTERS
        We fixed an issue where some report filters were showing up twice.
      • NOTIFICATION LINKS
        Notification links for customer records are now taking you to the customer record instead of the customer list.
      • CONTRACT TERM
        The customer dashboard card for Contract Term is now working correctly and showing the correct dates.

      New
        • DUPLICATE DETECTION
          Duplicates are now detected when creating a new Customer or Lead record. If a possible duplicates exist, you will see that list and will be able to review before continuing to create a new record. Duplicates are detected when one or more of the following are the same: First and Last name; Phone Number; and/or Full Address. Learn more…
      Enhancements
        • ALARM.COM
          There are a couple updates to the Alarm.com Integration. First; on the initial creation of a customer, you will see the Customer’s Username and Password. Please be aware that this will only display once for security reasons. Secondly, we added 2 options to the Actions dropdown: Email Welcome Letter option (Note: this option has already been available in the Login tab); and Interactive Lockout options.
        • CUSTOMER DASHBOARD
          We have added a Quotes card to the Customer Dashboard to easily see a list of existing quotes. Use the right chevron at the top of the card to quickly get to the Quotes section of the customer record.
        • USER PHOTO
          Admins can now upload and manage a user’s photo in the User record.
        • COPY ADDRESS FROM CALENDAR
          You can now copy the customer’s address from the company calendar to paste into an app or web browser.
      Fixed
        • CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT
          Customer Equipment name has been made read-only as changing that was causing issues. To change an equipment item simply add a new one and delete the old one.
        • USER PERMISSIONS
          You can now unset a permission group on a user record.
        • COMPANY EQUIPMENT
          When adding equipment from the SecurityTrax Master Equipment list, you can now scroll on your selected list of items.
        • EQUIPMENT PACKAGES
          Deleted equipment items will no longer show up in equipment packages.

        Enhancements
          • ACCOUNT NUMBER BLOCKS
            Account Number Blocks are now available on all monitoring companies regardless of whether you are using the integration or not. Learn more…
          • EQUIPMENT DROPDOWN ON INVOICE TYPES
            The equipment dropdowns on invoice types has been expanded to a bigger window so that more details are shown when searching for an item.
          • LEAD DASHBOARD
            Lead Dashboard cards have been updated to include a clickable chevron that will take you directly to that section of the Lead record. Also, any cards that have a list of items that can be opened to view or edit are now clickable so you can open them right there from the dashboard.
          • LEAD STATUSES
            When creating a new Lead, you now have the option to select from all of the Lead Statuses you have set up on your site.
          • LEADS FILTER
            You can now filter the Leads list by callcenter rep by using the miscellaneous filter.
          • PAYMENT PROCESSING ID
            When Payment Processing is disabled on your site, the payment processing option will be disabled to help reduce confusion for users.
        Fixed
          • DATE SELECTOR
            All date selectors have been updated to allow for selecting one day. Simply select the same date as the start and end date.
          • INVENTORY RECIPIENT
            The inventory recipient list was not showing users if the list was more than 100. That has been fixed and all inventory recipients now show on applicable lists.
          • PERMISSIONS
            The Customer Communication permissions were moved from our internal group to the Customer section as a sub-permission under Customer Note.
