Sales representatives and Technicians can now store their Representative Numbers by State to be used in contracts. Add this number in the Role Settings tab on the User Record.

Customer Accounting landing page has been updated to show you a count of items before you open each subsection. Also, you can now apply Tags to Credit Memos and Refund Receipts.

There are a couple of updates to the Affiliated Monitoring integration. Templates now show the identifier as well as the name. Also, the History tab now also shows the Alarminc No.

Our drag and drop feature just got better with Scroll Zones. Easily see where to move your curser to when you want the page to scroll up or down. Available now when editing reports and moving columns and filters around.

Searching for items to add to invoice types, such as invoices, quotes, etc. has been improved to allow for searching by name, ID, manufacturer, and description. The dropdown list will now display all the details for that item to ensure you are selecting the correct item.

All customer and lead records now include the created by and created on details on the main card of the customer and lead dashboard as well as the respective preview cards.

We have updated the refund process on refund receipts. To help make things easier to understand, the process is now similar to issuing a refund on a payment.

Removing an email address from a customer record was causing issues with managing the record with Alarm.com. That has been fixed and will no longer prevent you from opening up the manage window.

- CUSTOMER DELETION
Deleting a customer will now prompt you to acknowledge that any items created on that customer, such as Appointments, Tasks, Invoices, etc.; will also be deleted. You can close the window to cancel the deletion or continue to delete the customer record and all items created on that customer.

Files can now be previewed before downloading. Simply click on the Open in New Tab icon and a preview of the file will open in a new tab.
