      • ALL AMERICAN MONITORING
        You can now utilize our All American Monitoring integration to effortlessly create and manage All American Monitoring customers without leaving SecurityTrax. Learn more…
      • ESC CENTRAL
        You can also now utilize our ESC Central integration to effortlessly create and manage ESC Central customers without leaving SecurityTrax. Learn more…
    Enhancements
      • GLOBAL SEARCH
        Global Search: (the magnifying glass icon in main nav). Search for customers and leads by first and last name when using the search by name option.
      • ACCOUNT CLASS
        Create and manage Account Classes to apply to customer records.
      • APPOINTMENTS
        Appointment details now include On Site data including On the Way time, Check In time, and Check Out time. Additionally, you can now manage the reason an appointment is not able to be completed on here as well as on Tech at Work.
      • INVOICE BILLABLE ITEMS
        We have increased the number of characters you can enter on Invoice Billable Item descriptions to 6000 characters. This longer description will also show on invoices.
      • VENDOR DETAILS
        When enabling a piece of equipment for a specific vendor, the equipment cost you entered on your master equipment list for that piece of equipment will now be pre-populated by default. You can then change the pre-populated amount for the vendor if desired.
      • LIST SORTING
        Newly implemented sorting for additional columns on lists includes: Invoices, Work Order, Tasks, and At-Risk lists.
      • ORDER TEMPLATES
        The Order Templates admin interface was updated for easier use.
    Fixed
      • TAXES
        We fixed a couple bugs that were causing issues on invoices where the tax was either not editable or added incorrectly.
      • VALIDATE CREDENTIALS
        We have fixed an issue preventing the validation of credentials on Monitoring Companies.
      • USER EMAIL
        User emails can now have an apostrophe with no issue.
      • MOBILE
        We noticed some of our windows were not opening correctly on Safari iOS. We have fixed those issues.
      • ADT SELECT ALL
        ADT Integration settings Select All is now working as expected.
      • ALARM.COM
        We fixed a couple of issues with our Alarm.com integration. The lookup tool is now working. We also fixed an issue where the phone line present data point was not editable when the data was imported.
      • CREDIT DASHBOARD CARD
        There was a permission that was causing users to see an endless spinner. We have fixed that issue.
      • INVOICE CUSTOMER DASHBOARD CARD DATE
        The Invoice dashboard card on the customer dashboard was showing incorrect dates. The date was previously showing the creation date, but it is now is showing the Sale date. We also added the Due date.

          New to SecurityTrax is Refund Receipts. Refund Receipts allow you to return previously paid amounts to your customer. Learn more…

          We have updated what Credit Memos means in SecurityTrax. A Credit Memo is a way to give a customer an account credit rather than a refund. Learn more…
        • USER TITLES
          Create and manage User Titles to be used on User records. Management of these can be found in the Organization section of Company Settings.
      Enhancements
        • TECH TODAY/TECH AT WORK
          Tech Today and Tech at Work are completely revamped. We took in a lot of feedback and made many big changes that we know will make these features easier to use. Learn more…
        • CANCELED CUSTOMER
          Updated our UI to more clearly show Canceled Customers. You will notice that they will show up in red in many places now.
        • BRINKS
          Our Brinks integration is now fully ready with credit runs and the ability to send a contact PIN to Brinks.
        • INVOICES PAST DUE AMOUNT
          In the accounting section of Global Settings, you can now turn on or off the ability to show the Past due on invoices.
      Fixed
        • UCC OUT OF SERVICE
          UCC out of service feature is now working as expected.
        • UNREQUIRED PERMISSIONS
          A few dealers notified us of unnecessary permissions being required in some areas. We have fixed those issue and they are no longer required.

          • CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT SORTING
            To help manage large lists of Customer Equipment, we have added sorting capabilities to the ID, Name, Zone, and Status columns. Simply click on he arrows next to the column header to sort in either direction.
        Fixed
          • CUSTOMER PAYMENTS
            We fixed an issue with customer payments that was not allowing a partial amount on a payment to be applied to an invoice.
