• • CUSTOMER AND LEAD DASHBOARD CONFIGURATION
    The Customer and Lead Dashboards can now be configured similar to the Home dashboard. Add or remove cards as you like and set them in the order of your liking for each.

• • USER REPORTS TO
    You can now add who a User reports to on their Human Resources section of the user record in Admin Settings.

• • ALARM.COM
    Zone numbers are now linking properly with the Alarm.com integration.

• • TAGS
    We have updated Customer and Lead Tags with pagination and optimized the list to load and apply tags faster.

• • CANCEL CUSTOMER
    We have removed the extra permission needed to be able to cancel a customer record.

• • CREDIT REPORTS
    Sites that were not set up to run credit reports were seeing test credit reports that looked real. We’ve removed this from all dealer sites to avoid confusion.

• • APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULE
    We have added a Reschedule button on appointments that will take you to the scheduler page where you can view the Technician’s availability or use the Slot Scheduling profile (if enabled). Similarly, you can also use the scheduler when Duplicating an appointment.

• • RECURRING INVOICES
    Payment Methods can now be added to the customer record while creating a Recurring Invoice.

• • TAGS
    We have updated Customer and Lead Tags to include pagination for better optimization. This will help speed up the loading and selecting of tags.

• • PAYMENT METHODS NOTES
    You can now enter numbers in Payment Method notes.

• • INVOICES
    Invoices are now showing correct totals on the PDFs.
