    Enhancements
      • ADT VERIFY BUTTON
        The ADT Verify functionality is now available. You will find this option in the Qualify section of the customer record.
      • ALARM.COM
        Commitments can now be terminated in SecurityTrax through the Alarm.com integration.
      • INVOICE BILLABLE ITEMS
        We have updated the Invoice Billable Items list to allow for sorting by columns (where applicable) and also added some filters to help manage and view the list easier.
      • TAGS
        For better usability, applied tags are now grouped at the top of tags lists. Tag ID numbers have also been added to the Tags admin lists.
    Fixed
      • PARTIAL REFUNDS
        Partial refunds were not working as expected so we hid that feature for a bit. That has now been fixed and ready to use again.
      • ORDER TEMPLATES
        Issues with creating an Order Template have been resolved.
      • COMPANY EQUIPMENT DELETE
        Company Equipment that exists anywhere on a customer record can no longer be deleted from the Company equipment list unless it is removed from all customer records.
      • ZIP CODE VALIDATION
        A missing zip code on a customer record was causing problems with creating work orders and order templates. This has been fixed and will no longer cause issues.

        • ALARM.COM LINKING EQUIPMENT
          Alarm.com equipment can be linked to SecurityTrax Customer Equipment when the SecurityTrax customer record is connected to the Alarm.com customer record making it easier to manage on just one combined list. To help view and manage this feature better, we have moved the Customer Equipment list to its own Equipment tab on the Customer Record. Learn more…
      Enhancements
        • BULK UPDATE CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT
          We have vastly improved the UI and UX for Bulk Updating Customer Equipment making it easier to use.
        • TAGS
          We have added Tags to more locations. You can now add or remove Tags to Invoice, Quotes, Appointments, Office Locations, and Company Equipment.
      Fixed
        • PURCHASE ORDERS
          Purchase Orders emailed to vendors through our Inventory+ add-on are now correctly sending the right cost for equipment items.
        • LEADS DASHBOARD MAP
          We fixed an issue with the Leads map that was showing an incorrect location.
        • AVANTGUARD
          The saved abort code is now being sent to AvantGuard when connecting or updating an account.
        • DOCUSIGN
          Completed envelopes can now be deleted without issue.

        New
          • DUPLICATE APPOINTMENT
            Duplicating appointments is now possible in SecurityTrax. Click the duplicate button when viewing an appointment and a copy will be created for you to edit and save.
        Enhancements
          • SECURITY EQUITY PARTNERS
            We updated our Security Equity Partners (SEP) credit bureau integration to include the credit questions SEP requests and it is now ready to be used.
        Fixed
          • QUOTES
            We fixed some issues where unnecessarily permissions were being required for quotes.
          • PAYMENT METHOD
            Our dropdown menus were not fully accessible and were causing problems with payment methods. We have fixed those issues now.
