    Enhancements
      • GLOBAL SETTING – ACCOUNTING
        We updated the Global Settings Accounting tab to provide the ability to have different settings for each accounting document type. Please note that anyone that had the previously called Global Settings Invoice Statement Settings permissions will automatically get the new permissions for each new permission: PDF Default Settings; PDF Credit Memo Settings; PDF Invoice Settings; PDF Quote Settings; PDF Receipt Settings; and PDF Statement Settings.
      • RECURRING INVOICES LOCKING
        There has been some confusion around Recurring Invoices and when a change can occur. To make things easier and clearer, we are locking down the data points that cannot be edited once an invoice has been generated. Once a recurring invoice is at the point where it will no longer generate invoices, it becomes fully locked. Learn more…
      • RECURRING INVOICE ADDITIONAL CHANGES
        You can now customize the Email Message sent with the invoices generated from the recurring invoice. Additionally, we have added the Tax Override option. When on, the Tax Override allows you to edit the tax rate for each line item.
      • ADT
        The ADT Precheck results window now includes the Precheck code as provided by ADT.
    Fixed
      • AVANTGUARD
        Although we have been sending the emergency contacts first and last name to AvantGuard, our interface was not displaying that. We have updated our UI to correctly show what we are sending to AvantGuard.
      • FAILED PAYMENTS
        Payments that have failed are no longer showing as available to be applied towards any invoice.
      • TODAY TECH APPOINTMENTS DASHBOARD CARD
        The Tech Appointments for today home dashboard card was not displaying correct information. We have fixed this bug and the card is now working as expected.

      Enhancements
        • PERFORMANCE
          We have made significant changes to improve the site’s performance. One way you will see this implemented is by seeing significantly faster loading times throughout the site.
        • CUSTOMER ACCOUNTING
          We made it easier to navigate around the Customer Accounting tab with a submenu and dashboard cards with valuable summary information.
        • OPEN IN NEW TAB
          We continue to add more Open in New Tab icons throughout the site. You can now see this icon on the Company Menu items as well as on each Task, At-Risk Entry, and Work Order window. This icon is also on the updated User Preview card.
        • ALARM.COM
          The cancel/verify option is now available in the Alarm.com integration in the Monitoring Company section of the Service Plan.
      Fixed
        • FUNDING REPORT
          We have fixed a few issues with the Funding report. The filters and report should now be working.

          • CONTENT MANAGEMENT
            Admins, you can now create and manage Payment Types, Communication Reasons for customer notes, and Communication Dispositions also for customer notes.
        Enhancements
          • APPOINTMENT DURATION
            Scheduling an appointment with the Default Users Scheduler Profile will look a little different. You will now choose the appointment duration before seeing available technicians. This will help ensure that the correct duration is accounted for and recorded on to the appointment.
          • INVOICES PAST DUE
            Past due amounts on invoices are no longer counting credits as past due.
          • CREATE CUSTOMER WORKFLOW – 7 STEP
            When using the 7 step Create Customer Workflow, you can now go Back to the Work Order and Scheduling steps and see the previously saved information.
        Fixed
          • INVOICES PAST DUE
            Past due amounts on invoices are no longer counting credits as past due.
          • DYNAMARK
            Additional Settings on Dynamark integration are now working and saving properly.
          • APPLY PAYMENT TO INVOICE
            Applying a payment to more than one invoice is now working properly.
          • FAILED PAYMENTS
            Processed failed payments were not displaying properly. That has been fixed and are now correctly listing the payments as failed.
          • PAYMENT RECEIPT EMAIL
            Payments that are set to send a receipt are now showing the correct email and email format in the Receipt Email field.
