    New
      • HOME DASHBOARD CONFIGURATION
        Your Home Dashboard can now be configured to your liking. Select from a dashboard gallery to add, remove, or change the order of the cards on your home dashboard. Keep in mind that dashboard cards are viewable with appropriate permissions and roles.
      • RECENTLY VIEWED
        Our Global Search now includes a list of Recently viewed records. You will see the ten most recent Customers, Leads, and User records you visited. Simply click on one of these to go back to that record. This list will go away if you start typing in the search section to find a record.
      • COMPANY ACCOUNTING – INVOICES
        We have added Invoices to the Company Accounting page. Filter and edit a full list of company invoices here and see important details such as past due amounts and dates.
    Enhancements
      • CUSTOMER INVOICES
        We have updated the Invoices section on the Customer Accounting page to include the total amount due and total outstanding. Past Due amounts and dates will now be listed in red as well as listed in the days late category to help easily identify any past due amounts.
      • CUSTOMER FILTERS
        Customer List has an added filter for Install Technician.
      • FUNDING UPDATES
        Funding Entries now include a Funding Entry Type and Expected Date. We also updated our Funding Reports to take into account Funding transactions.
      • CUSTOMER PAYMENTS REPORT
        Customer Payments type reports now allows you to add the Interactive Service Provider ID as a column on the report.
    Fixed
      • PASSWORD EXPIRATION DURATION
        Setting a duration on password expiration in Global Settings now works as expected and each user’s Login Information will reflect the Global Settings duration.
      • COPS INTEGRATION
        Commercial accounts will now have the Business name sent to your COPS Integration when connecting an account.
      • BULK EDITING CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT
        Bulk editing customer equipment was causing the page to bump you back to the top of the page. This is no longer happening with this fix.
      • INVOICE FOOTER
        Long footers are now working and not causing any overlapping or pushing to a second page.
      • PRE-PROCESSED PAYMENT DELETE/VOID
        Payments to be process that are still in the pending settlement status can now be deleted or voided.
      • SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS WITH DASHES
        Adding dashes when entering a Social Security number no longer will cause any issues.

        • PAYMENT METHODS
          Bank institution details can now be added to a bank account Payment Method.
      Fixed
        • DROPDOWN LISTS
          A few dropdown lists were being hidden and not accessible. We went through the site and fixed where this was happening.
        • NOTES AND TASKS PERMISSION
          Permission for Notes and Tasks were fixed so both permissions are no longer required to see one or the other.

            You can now attach Files and add Notes to Lead records with our latest update.
          • TERMS & CONDITIONS and PRIVACY POLICY
            In keeping with compliance, all users will be required to agree to the SecurityTrax Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy before logging in to the site. Users will not be able to login until they agree to the terms at least one time..

          • BOLD INTEGRATION – LINK ACCOUNT
            You can now link your customer records in SecurityTrax with existing Dynamark, Security Partners, or Legacy Security Services accounts using the Link Account option. Simply select the Central Station, enter the Account Number and select Link Account. Learn more…
          • SCHEDULER PROFILE DEFAULT
            When scheduling a technician appointment, you will see the Default Users Scheduler Profile is preselected if Default Slot Scheduler Profile is not enabled.

          • TIMED OUT
            We fixed an issue that was forcing a time out and logging users out.
