      • EQUIPMENT RETURN REASONS
        Create and manage Equipment Return Reasons in your Content Management settings to better label and categorize equipment spillage and RMAs. Learn more…
    Enhancements
      • CALENDAR – GROUP BY USER
        The company calendar just got better with the Group appointment by user option. Use this to see each user’s schedule for the day or days selected.
      • PERMISSION FILTERS
        Searching through permissions just got easier with filters. Filter by resource type, grant, or attribute to better find what you need.
      • PAYMENTS – CVV
        Manually processed payments will now give you the option to enter a CVV for a card.
    Fixed
      • CANADIAN POSTAL CODE
        Canadian postal codes are no longer causing issues. When the postal code entered first, the city and province will autofil.
      • CREDIT CHECK ERRORS
        Credit Checks are now showing all errors and error details.
      • PURCHASE REQUISITIONS
        We fixed the issue that was causing Purchase Requisitions to be hidden.

        • COMPANY ACCOUNTING
          We are excited to introduce our new Company Accounting section in SecurityTrax. Access this through the main menu under Company. We started with a view of company Funding Entries, Payments, and Payable entries, but we have big plans for this section. Stay tuned. Learn more…
        • CUSTOMER MESSAGES DASHBOARD CARD
          In the new Customer Messages Dashboard card, you will find a list of messages sent to the customer.
      Enhancements
        • INVOICES AND QUOTES – SEND
          You can now edit and change the email on Invoices and Quotes to send to someone other than the customer email.
        • CUSTOMER EMERGENCY CONTACTS DASHBOARD CARD
          The Emergency Contacts Dashboard Card has been updated to include the contact’s phone number and to also list if have enhanced verification enabled.
        • DEFAULT SCHEDULING PROFILE
          When selecting the Default Users Scheduling Profile, you will now have the option to select to view All Technicians, Technicians in Location, Technicians in Radius, or Technicians in Max Radius.
        • ALARM.COM
          When connecting a customer or commitment to Alarm.com, you will now see the In-App Panel Panic option.
      Fixed
        • TECH RADIUS
          Tech Radius is now working correctly in SecurityTrax.
        • PAYMENT PROCESSING MANAGEMENT
          You can now configure your Payment Processing account in the Company Settings section.
        • VENDOR EQUIPMENT DETAILS
          We fixed the bug that was causing Equipment Details on Vendors to not save.
        • EQUIPMENT TRANSFERS
          Equipment Transfers are now working correctly and no longer omitting equipment item names.

          • CUSTOMER PAYABLES DASHBOARD CARDS
            We have two new Customer Dashboard cards for Payables. Easily find a summary and list of payables for the customer from the dashboard.
        Enhancements
          • COMPANY CALENDAR
            The Company Calendar now includes a daily summary that lists the type of appointments for each day. At the top of each day you will see an option to Show Summary.
          • RECURRNG INVOICES
            We have added an Alternate Email Address field on Recurring Invoices to allow for Invoices to be sent to a different email than what is saved on the Customer record.
          • LEAD STATUS MANAGEMENT
            Lead Statuses can now be created, edited, and managed in the Company Settings section of the Admin menu.
        Fixed
          • CREATE CUSTOMER WORKFLOWS
            Users will no longer be blocked from continuing with the Create Customer Workflows when they are in a permission group that restricts customer views to only those assigned to them. We also fixed a bug that was causing the Order step to not save.
          • DEFAULT APPOINTMENT TIME
            Default appointment times set on the site are now working as expected.
          • INVOICE ADDRESS
            The invoice preview/pdf will now reflect the address entered in the Invoice Details.
