User’s Admin settings now includes Tech Settings. This will show up if a User has a Technician role assigned. In the Roles section of a User record, you can manage the Technician’s settings such as the Coverage Radius. Learn more…

We improved the way lists display information. For example, we improved the way names are shown. They will now be listed in the following format: Last Name, First Name. Also, phone numbers will now be formatted to: (XXX) XXX-XXXX.

We had an issue on the Customer List where the filtering by Install Date was not working properly, but that has been fixed.

We have added several helpful cards on the Customer Dashboard. The purpose of the Customer Dashboard is to show an at-a-glance summary of the customer record with interactive cards.
