Alarm.com dealers no longer need to play ‘Hide and Seek’ with their customers. We will help you find them quickly with the new Alarm.com customer lookup tool. We also made it easy for ADT dealers to compare ADT customer data with the customer data in SecurityTrax. Plus, we added, enhanced or fixed a bunch of other stuff too.

- FASTER LOAD TIMES
We popped the hood and tweaked a few things to make customer pages load faster so you don’t need to wait to see your customers’ data. - ENFORCED TAGS PERMISSIONS
We updated the tool used to apply and remove tags (customer tags, notes tags, tasks tags, etc.) to be more flexible and allow better feedback to users who don’t have the proper permissions to perform an action. - DATA AUTO-POPULATION
We implemented auto-population on certain data fields to eliminate the need for you to re-enter data that we can fetch for you. - ORDERED LIST OF MONTHLY CHARGES
We numerically ordered the values in the Monthly Charge field to make it easier for you to find the desired value.
- EDIT APPOINTMENTS
We fixed an issue that prevented a user from editing an appointment on a customer’s Appointments page. - CALENDAR DRAG AND DROP
We fixed an issue that prevented a user from using drag and drop to move appointments on the calendar. - CUSTOMER LIST STARS
We fixed an issue that prevented a user from being able to star or un-star a customer on the Customer List. - USER’S NAME
We fixed an issue that was preventing the logged in user’s name from appearing in the upper right corner of the application. - CUSTOMER FILE UPLOAD
We fixed an issue that was preventing a user from uploading a file on a customer record in certain situations. - ADT BILLING FREQUENCY
The Billing Frequency field used when shelling an account with ADT magically disappeared so we brought it back. - MINOR FORMATTING ISSUES
We tidied up a few things that were out of place to make the layout of certain pages cleaner and easier to read.

Can you hear that? Mobile users everywhere are cheering! Why? Because this release features a new and improved mobile navigation interface to help users find what they need quickly. We also made important appointment details more accessible, sped up the permission group creation process, made data inside tables easier to read and added functionality for managing ADT customers. What can we say, we’ve been busy.

- IMPROVED MOBILE NAVIGATION
We rearranged a few things and added new navigation menus to make navigation easier and more intuitive for mobile users. - PERMISSION SELECT ALL CHECKBOXES

We added a confirmation pop up window when unlinking an ADT account to prevent users from unlinking accounts accidentally. - HID ADT RESOLVED HOLDS
We removed any resolved holds from the list of ADT holds so users can focus only on holds that still need to be resolved. - TABLE ZEBRA STRIPES
We added zebra stripes to all tables to help users easily distinguish data in one row from data in another row.

We fixed an issue that prevented a user from auto-creating a quote or invoice when applying an order template to a customer. - SAVING CREDIT MEMOS
We fixed an issue that prevented credit memos from saving correctly. - EQUIPMENT ON A CUSTOMER ORDER
We fixed an issue that prevented equipment from showing up on a customer order in certain situations. - SENDING INVOICES TO CUSTOMERS
We fixed an issue where it appeared like an invoice could be sent to a customer without a customer email address. - ADT AGENCY SEARCH
We fixed an issue that prevented users from being able to use the ADT Agency Search feature. - ADT BILLING INFORMATION
We fixed an issue that prevented users from setting the default ADT payment method. - CUSTOMER FILES
