There is a new Lead policy for Sales Rep User on Calendar Event. When applied, this policy will only allow users to see leads where they are assigned the sales rep on the appointment.

The Calendar Event Tags report filter was not working correctly and was only showing results for Install type appointments. That has now been fixed so that a report with this filter will now show calendar event/appointments of all types.

- CONVERT LEAD TO CUSTOMER
You can now convert a Lead to a Customer and jump in to a create customer workflow. Simply enable the workflow to Allow from Convert Lead to Customer in the company settings for the workflows you want to enable for this. Then, when converting a lead to a customer, select the dropdown next to the Convert to Customer button and select which workflow to use.

This new dashboard card is for users to view their payables on their home page. The My Payable Entries card can be used with a number of different date ranges.

Customer Created is a new notification available that will allow any user to be notified when a new customer has been created in SecurityTrax.

- INVENTORY PERMISSIONS
We have created two new grants under the Equipment Ledger resource type in the Equipment/Inventory permission group. These new grants are View On Hand and Perform Physical Inventory. Any permission group that had Equipment to Recipient – View grant will get the new View On Hand grant. And, any permission group that had Equipment to Recipient – Modify grant will get the new Perform Physical Inventory grant.

Guard Response Fee has been moved from the Contacts section to the Sale Information section on the customer next to the Guard Response enable slider. We have also added Guard Response fee to all ADT create customer workflows on the Order step.

Invoices and quotes now allow you to reorder line items with the drag and drop functionality.

We have fixed a few issues with Quotes and Invoices. First, we fixed the issue where line items were not in the correct order on the pdf. Also the issue where the updated name of items was not showing correctly on the pdf has been fixed. And finally, we made an update in response to Chrome’s update to fix the issue that caused the print size of the pdf to have issues.
