    New
      • COMPANY LOGO
        You can now upload and maintain your company logo in the Global Settings section of Company Settings.
    Enhancements
      • PAYABLES LOCATION
        The Payables admin feature has been relocated from Users & Permissions to be in the more fitting System section of Company Settings.
    Fixed
      • SCHEDULING
        We have fixed the issue causing problems when trying to schedule appointments for a duration longer than 6 hours.
      • LEADS PERMISSIONS
        Creating a lead no longer requires any admin permissions.

        • WORK ORDER REPORT OBJECT
          The new Work Orders Report Object is ready to be used. Pick from a myriad of filters and columns to build Work Order reports that work for your organization. Learn more…
        • SMART SALES WORKFLOW
          Create customer workflows continue to grow with the new Smart Sales Workflow. This workflow has some added steps to help guide your reps through the process of creating a customer.
        • APPOINTMENT AND TECH NOTES
          We have added Technician and Appointment Notes to the Notes & Tasks page on the customer record. Now you can easily see all pertinent notes in one location.
      Enhancements
        • PAY NOW – ACH
          We have added a payment type of ACH (checking) to our Pay Now Link payment type dropdown on invoices.
        • PAYMENT – TAXES
          All payments will now have the option to show the included tax on that payment.
        • GUARDIAN AUTO PAY
          Our Guardian integration now includes the option to set up Auto Pay. Note that this is only a push as there is no way for SecurityTrax to know if auto pay is already set up for each customer in the Guardian system.
        • MONTHLY CHARGES
          When adding or editing the Monthly Charge (MMR) for a customer, the dropdown menu will now sort in ascending order.
        • PAYMENTS – ACH
          When processing a payment with ACH, void is only allowed the same day regardless of processing status. We have updated our system to reflect this and avoid any issues.
      Fixed
        • PERMISSIONS
          We have fixed the issue that was causing policies that had been deleted to show up again after clicking Save. They will not show up anymore after deleting them.
        • INVOICES
          When including the past due on invoices, the total due was incorrectly showing the total due of all invoices. This has been fixed and now only shows the total of the invoice and past due.
        • TECH AT WORK
          When editing an item while in Tech at Work, you will no longer see the validation error as that has been fixed

          • GLOBAL SETTINGS
            There are two new tabs on the Global Settings page. Inventory tab which contains settings that determine if spillage and RMAs equipment items are to deduct from on hand counts. And, Calendar tab which allow customization of calendar start and end times. Learn more…
        Enhancements
          • SIMPLE SALES WORKFLOW
            The Simple Sales Workflow now includes the PreCheck feature for any ADT dealers.
          • SCHEDULING PROFILES
            Manage which scheduling profiles are available when scheduling by activating the desired ones in the Scheduling Profiles Settings page within the Company Settings page.
          • COMPANY WORK ORDER LIST
            The company Work Order list has an added filter that allows you to search by customer name.
          • TASKS
            Tasks will now have a status of Open by default on creation.
        Fixed
          • OFFICE LOCATIONS – VENDOR DETAILS
            We have fixed the issue causing errors to show on the Vendor Details tab of Office Locations.
          • EQUIPMENT
            We have fixed the issue where the auto-replenish slider on the equipment records was not saving.
