      • DEFAULTS
        Defaults is a new feature in the Admin section that allows you to set defaults for your site. Starting with Customer Duplicate defaults available now. This feature will be expanding to provide more options for defaults throughout the site. Learn more…
      • DUPLICATE CUSTOMER
        Customers can now be duplicated. On the Customer Information section of a customer record, you will see the Duplicate button. When duplicating a customer record, you will be prompted to select all or some of the data points you wish to include on the new record as well as providing the new customer record name.     Enhancements
      • CALENDAR CLICK AND DRAG
        To improve the user experience on the company calendar, we have enhanced the calendar to allow for Click and Drag. Simply click anywhere on the calendar grid and drag the calendar in any direction. Note: Do not click on an appointment block (clicking on that will move or expand the appointment time).
      • NOTES HOVER OVER
        Anywhere notes are shown on lists, you will now be able to view the entire note even if they are too long to show on the list. Simply put your curser over the ellipses (3 dots that signify there is more not shown) and a Hover Over window will expand the full notes..
      • WORK ORDERS – SUBJECT FILTER
        Work Orders can now be filtered by the subject on the company work orders list page. Type in some or all of the subject into the filter to narrow down the list.
      • REPORTS – BULK DELETE
        Bulk deleting on reports is now easier. First, select the rows/items you want to delete and the delete option will appear on the blue bar above the report.
      • HISTORY LOGS
        User, Customer, and Lead history is now paginated to provide an easier view.
      • TAG ICONS
        Accounting lists such as invoices, refund receipts, and quotes, etc. now have the Tags icon on the list views so you can easily see if any tags have been applied.
    Fixed
      • MESSAGE TEMPLATE – DELETE
        Message templates that are in use on a customer record cannot be deleted. We have added a message to explain this when attempting to delete a message template that is still in use.
      • ORDER TEMPLATE
        We have fixed the issue with Order Templates that was causing problems on the Order step of the create customer workflows.
      • PURCHASE ORDERS – RECIPIENT INFORMATION
        Some recipient information was not showing up on purchase orders. That has been fixed and you can now see the recipient’s information correctly.
