    Enhancements
      • ALARM.COM
        Our Alarm.com integration has been updated to be in accordance with the options and user interface in the Alarm.com dealer portal. We are working closely with Alarm.com and expect more updates to come soon.
      • GLOBAL SEARCH
        We added a few more ways to find a customer when using the Global Search. You can now search for customers by Address, Invoice ID, and Emergency Contact Phone Numbers by selecting these options in the second dropdown of the search window.
      • COMPANY EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER
        To better streamline the Equipment Manufacturer names in the company equipment list, we made an update to allow you to type in a manufacturer name until the item is linked to an item in the SecurityTrax Master Equipment List. Once they are linked, the manufacturer name will come from that link. We also updated the filters on this list to allow you to type in the manufacturer name to search for an item.
      • STAGES
        Our Stages integration now gives you the option to create a Device Type whitelist. Device Types on this list will be the only device types that will show up on the customer record when connecting or managing an account with your Central Station.
      • CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT
        The Customer Equipment list now includes the Install Technician.

      • PERMISSIONSS
        A few permissions were hidden and needed to be moved to a new section to be used properly. Permissions for: Equipment to Recipient Template; and Equipment Vendor To Recipient have been moved to the Equipment/Inventory Permissions section.
      • REPORTS
        Drag and drop of columns and filters on Reports was not working correctly. We have fixed this issue and drag and drop is now working as expected.
      • AT-RISK ENTRIES
        The company list of At-Risk Entries is now showing the correct date and time for the Last Contact Attempt.
      • PROFIT & LOSS CARD
        Permissions for the Profit & Loss dashboard card have been updated to only show for users that have proper permissions applied.
